About My Art
My art is deeply inspired by childhood memories and imagery that explores themes of transformation. These elements allow me to stay connected to engaging subjects while experimenting with different painting techniques and visual possibilities. When it comes to photography, I approach each shot as the starting point for a new creative journey. During my trips to Perú, I feel a profound connection to my heritage, especially when capturing images of children or individuals dressed in traditional clothing, vibrant colors, or in moments of action that help tell a rich, visual story.
As an artist, I am equally passionate about teaching and inspiring others. I find great joy in guiding children through the artistic process, celebrating their playful ideas, and witnessing their sense of accomplishment as their artwork comes to life. For me, art is a means of communication—whether through the objects around me or the fleeting moments that catch my eye. It’s an exciting and fulfilling way to tell stories and express emotions. How fun is that?
